Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process for all our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while also respecting our stylists' time and availability. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list or looking for a last-minute appointment. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, we may require a cancellation fee to compensate for the time allocated to your appointment. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with preparing for your visit and ensures that our stylists' time is valued and protected. We will require a card to book your next appointment and you will be required to pay 50% of your last appointment to book again. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. It enables us to maintain a high level of service and accommodate as many clients as possible. No Call- No Show policy 

 Our No Show Policy is designed to ensure that all our clients receive the utmost attention and timely service they deserve. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but it's essential to honor our stylists' time and availability, as well as accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. In the event of a no-show, where a client misses their appointment without prior notice, we do enforce a 100% charge of the missed appointment fee. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time and ensures that our stylists' valuable time is respected. To reschedule, the client will be responsible to pay this. This may also result in you not being able to rebook another appointment with your stylist. While we strive to be understanding of unforeseen circumstances, we kindly request that clients inform us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Providing us with advance notice allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be in need of an appointment. Your cooperation and understanding regarding our No Show Policy are greatly appreciated. We value your loyalty and support, and our aim is to provide exceptional service to all our clients.
